I don't know of any legalities. But this has to be an ethics violation or something along those lines. That just doesn't seem like something that should be okay.

She only has experience as a prosecutor in Colorado, but she's willing to defend Charlie's assassin pro bono?

Did she only prosecute conservatives, MAGA or election realists?

Looks like the judge got an education at Tufts and is a long time Democrat. In Denver, so it wouldn’t shock me if she supports her clerk’s opinions.

I would think we should contact the Colorado Bar Association on this one:

You actually want to file your complaint here:

Since Chase Montoya is barred in Utah, I recommend contacting the Utah Bar Association as well.

Don’t go there. That’s lefty talk. If he’s acquitted, he’ll be treated exactly like OJ was.

Great job Lucky Stryke. Will do the same. I've already fired off emails to the Colorado Bar Association since she's working in Colorado as well as to the Utah Bar Association since she's barred/licensed there.

I'm urging everyone to please not be lazy and take up the fight on this one. We cannot have a licensed attorney openly supporting murder, hoping the murderer is not apprehended, and then offering "pro bono" legal service to the murderer in the event that he/she is apprehended. It's simply bonkers. I've lost all faith in our judicial system.

Unfortunately, from the pic, you know that judge’s #1 priority is releasing criminals and #2 is doing whatever it takes to scissor with Montoya

Likely looking over her shoulder when she posted it. Denver is beyond hope now. Sad.

I called the Colorado supreme Court complaint line and demanded nothing less than her immediate disbarment!

Imagine throwing away a good judicial clerkship because you’re vile and celebrate someone’s murder. Hopefully she not only loses her job but gets disbarred.

A fricking prosecutor is hoping that a deranged assassin is not apprehended.

Think about that.

And if he’s apprehended (which he is) she wants to get him acquitted.

Unfrickingbelievable.
