She seems fairly satisfied with Kavanaugh's responses over the past 2 days (compared to the other Democrat morons on the panel). I still think her vote is a long shot, but I'm guessing there is about a 40% chance she actually votes to confirm.

She brought in the Parkland dad, got him special clearance, and encouraged him to make that photo op.

There is your answer.

Shamefully 0%

The vote is supposed to be about: "Is the candidate qualified for the job?"

That is no longer the case.

I think she votes "no" due to pressure from her base. It was pointed out yesterday that if this vote were held a few decades ago, BK would get 90+ votes because he's very qualified regardless of his personal views. It's just a different political atmosphere these days.

Doubtful, the CA Dem Party refused to endorse her for reelection, in favor of a whack job. Endorsing Kavanaugh would be suicidal.

Did you hear any of her moronic questions over Kavanaugh's opinions on D.C. v. HELLER? The stupid count couldn't fathom why Kavanaugh would apply the "common use" doctrine to semi-automatic rifles, AR-15's in particular. Her tiny, senile brain couldn't accept that the most popular rifle platform in the USA, with millions currently owned and used by the civilian population, could be protected under the "common use" precedent. She isn't voting for him...

If your own fringe has abandoned you, the right move is to seek moderate support by voting FOR Kavanaugh.

Clames, Im glad you posted, I was just laughing. She stated that common use was not proved. He said millions of people own semi automatic weapons, she responded "thats not use". Uh what did he need, a video showing people actually firing them, or is there some need for people to buy guns by the millions and place them in a museum.

Its idiocy that these people make decisions that affect our laws. I question whether she even understands what a semi automatic weapon is.

She then went on to claim that such rifles have been used in "hundreds of school shootings" and how that "fact" should weigh on his legal opinions involving gun-control cases. That dishonest POS needs to stroke out.
