If him and his association is not actively exposing any drivers who aren't English proficient, or deficient in any other way, then he is part of the problem.

If they can’t read roadsigns but signed off that they could, then they should in fear for committing a felony. Not only losing their license but being tracked down and booted out of this Country.

I used to live one exit up from a Punjabi dabi and I would pick up food from there often. There was a truck stop across the street and in the 10-15 minutes I was waiting on my order there was non stop Indian truckers walking in and out. Non stop

Look into the Indian American takeover of our trucking schools. I’m sure for most of these folks this is just a good business model, but corrupt trucking schools could put a lot of unqualified people in big rigs.

I generally agree except for the one shining instance of the best parallel parking job I've ever seen.
I watched a Sikh driver parallel park his 18 wheeler - with a low boy trailer with an excavator hanging at least a foot over both sides - downhill in downtown Toronto in arse deep traffic at roughly 8:30AM on the first try in less than one minute.
That motherfricker could drive.
