Well the CBS poll posted is also a you gov poll and yougov had Biden +10 in their final poll, so yeah they’re likely garbage meant to influence opinion, not capture it. The final NBC poll of 2020 was also +10.
The CBS article even mentioned interest rates coming down being a factor in the poll. That happened four days ago. Not nearly enough time to impact polling.

Interest rates mean nothing to the public. Any of the public voting for Kamala doesn't care about interest rates anyway. They want high rates, high inflation, mass illegal immigration and big taxes.
I did see a jump up in my portfolio.
Over on another college team fan's message board in Politics, the RCP average of polls had Kamala with very small leads in some states such as Wisconsin and Nevada. Very small leads. Trump had small leads in others.

every poll in America has Trump up in swing states, throttling Harris with independents, outpolling his own historic numbers with minorities, outpolling Harris on favorability, and flipping union members. But he's losing?

You have to be dyed in the wool if you really believe this. Maybe it wasn't as bad as left-leaning media like to make it out and Harris was--intentionally--light on substance, but Trump turned in a poor performance that night.
