Keep in mind... it doesn't matter what people actually say, it's about what the establishment claims you said.
Trump told people to go home...and establishment read between the lines for messages that didn't exist...and declared that trump spearheaded an insurrection and told people to invade the Capitol building by force.
So, the potential is high that any little critique of Democrat and rino politicians will be met with some assholes pretending you meant something completely different from what you actually said.

Yes, the CP are also exempt from the FOIA apparently. Good news for us law biding citizens right? This doesn't mean they are trying to defend the innocent politicians, this means Marxists have some fun legislation or unconstitutional mandates coming down the pipe that they want to get ahead of....

The Capitol Police report to Congress as a whole but who in Congress has day to day control? And, yes, there is no FOIA with anything they do. This National Police will be empowered to determine jurisdiction...over local & State LEO departments, and any "crime" will be a Federal Crime, with the Federal DOJ processing any arrests. It's amazing that something this serious is getting no national attention.
