Trudeau is in hiding and his media is attempting to either severely downplay the numbers (reporting it as only a couple dozen trucks and only a couple hundred people showing out in support) or they're outright ignoring the story completely.

Most of the residents of Ottawa work for the Canadian federal bureaucracy in some capacity. The primary goal of the convoy is to gridlock the entire city into a virtual shutdown, and truly empty the store shelves of any supplies. These are the type of people who have never had to stock up for a hurricane or other emergency, so, serious doubts most of them have even a week's worth of food on hand. We shall see who blinks first, won't we?

If the truckers were smart they would dispatch to all of the border entry points and have hundreds of trucks blocked for people trying to get into the country or out of the country with goods and shut down the entire economy

No that's bullshite. Ones right to protest doesn't give the right to impede another's freedom of movement.

That would be no different than the blm frickers blocking roads and highways.

Actually a pretty brilliant idea, as long as they bring enough supplies and a massive convoy, this could work. Small revolutions like this are huge for creating a nice domino effect and giving others the courage to step up and try it.
