Clinton News Network deserves everything coming their way. Including lack of viewership.

The rest of the press would circle their support around CNN if he did that.

Would all walk out

First of all, Not a chance. The one thing we know these people lack is principle. Second , that's the best possible outcome

It's amazing that you aren't stunned by a news organization threatening the President of the free world by essentially hinting that they won't necessarily be objective in coverage to attempt to sway global opinion. They commit this act and then hide behind "freedom of the press".

This is not akin to Nazi Germany, you moron. This is abuse of power by CNN.

That's what CNN is hoping for. There are far more effective ways to undo CNN. Time Warner is broke and is seeking merger opportunities, the DOJ could block these mergers, or force a divestiture of assets, have the SEC,FCC, and IRS do sneaky things to undermine stock value...etc

If you are implying that the federal government actively suppress a business deal, if no laws are being broken, purely for political gain, I suggest you think long and hard about future ramifications.

I always forget that only the Left is allowed to compare anything to Nazi Germany.

White house press briefings?
Yes. And I imagine that's what CNN is angling for.

Name calling is the surefire way to have civil arguments devolve in to chaos.

I would hope rather than excluding CNN from briefings the WH would not allow CNN to ask questions.

No, that is what is threatened by a news network.

Could the Poliboard submit/obtain a White House press pass?

I think we should put in a request. But then we would have a knock-down, drag-out over who gets to be WH Press Correspondent.

The news network isn't the government. The people will decide whether or not to watch CNN. That is how you "neuter" A company like CNN. The gov't absolutely has the right to issue press passes to who they want. They do not however have the right to sanction, or do anything that goes against the First Amendment rights of the press or the people.

I don't know. Trump loves Trump. With no media reporting Trump, Trump gets sad and doesn't go to tanning salon.

I sense its coming...after Zuckers statement

Yeah .... I mean Zucker openly threatening the POTUS is a no no.

There was this movie, starred a Gamecock Alex English, along with some others like William Peterson and Gregory Peck ... name of the movie was Amazing Grace and Chuck.

I always liked how the POTUS handled the corporate big wig in that movie in the end.

Trump could do that ... should do that.

The Obama DOJ actively suppressed M&A if it did not fit their political/corporate welfare agenda. What's good for the goose is good for the gander.

If CNN has a 'right' to access...why wouldn't any Journalistic Organization.

BTW, there is ample incriminating evidence re CNN collusion with the Dem Party political machine that supports the idea that CNN has become a Media outlet of the Dem Party Political Machine.

Challenge em' on that basis, as a disqualifier for special access over any other Journalistic Organization. Tie it up in the Courts and drag their dirty laundry all over the place.

Trump WILL NOT back down. That's why he was elected.
