I heard on the radio today there was a rare circumstance where it can.

Yes. It probably won’t but there’s a chance

There is no rare circumstance
The Supreme Court can just do it whenever they want to
They can take your speeding ticket case if they want to

It can but it has to go through the appeals first... They covered that on Fox earlier.. That's how I know..

Arguably, yes.
.0000000001% chance

Levin is a smart guy, but in terms of navigating the legal system he really does not have a clue.

In theory, SCOTUS can pretty much take any case at any time. They won't, though. If they wouldn't even hear TX v. PA, they most certainly won't take this one

In theory DNC operatives in New York City wouldnt prosecute a presidential nominee for nothing with a paid off jury of political operatives with DNC media behind it.
But here we are
They can, and should take it

Excuse me?
Do you not know what his background is? I’d say he knows more about navigating the legal system than 99% of people.

They have to be petitioned before they could even consider it though.

Can be done with a fax in 5 minutes

Strange, irrelevant argument but they won't. I've already said why they won't... the only theme that binds Conservatives together is this strange belief that the USA can actually be saved. They'd never take anything so political, and the same Con bench proved it 3 years ago.

I would imagine that the SC would say that it must be appealed first, in the same jurisdiction of the original court. Not a lawyer, but just a guess..
