Legal tender for debts simply means the value is backed by the government. The government recognizes it as payment. There is no law saying a private business has to take it. I do believe government centers should be required to accept it though.

The best part is when a facility won't allow you to use cash and charges you a fee to use your credit card.

I have several, I like dealing in cash. It bothers me the government prints money and then, won't ACCEPT it.

If private bidness owners are not going to over see their bidness everyday, they deserve to get robbed.

Big bidness price's in the loss.

It’s absolutely payment discrimination, it’s also totally legal as most forms of discrimination are.
