Yep. He does this a lot too. He has even under reported statistics before and when the seals jumped onto his statements to "prove him wrong, by God" they ended up making him look even better than he would have if they had just stayed quiet.

Yep. But their problem is that they cannot compete on the field of ideas. Especially not when he continues to deliver historical results such as cutting prescription drug costs by 98%.
