Faux allowed that video to be aired, and they were speaking of "white supremacists" and Kyle's image appeared on the video.
It would take a pretty good team of lawyers, but Faux and Chrissy are definitely not untouchable on this. It's a solid defamation claim. Faux should pay out as much as XiNN and MSNBXi and every other network.

There’s only one reason why she’d explicitly and unnecessarily go back and correct the record on that issue (against the beliefs of the entirety her audience) and it’s 100% for legal reasons.
