The narrative on today's ruling is what it is so when Trump prosecutes the Uniparty Swampers for their roles in myriad crimes and straight-up treason, they can scream that he was "emboldened by a far-right SCOTUS".

Or defend the Constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic.

So where is this move Constitutional or within his official duties?

What if he says,” I truly regard MAGA supporters as domestic threats?

What if Trump somehow remains alive and beats the unfathomable amounts of fraud that will be deployed against him in November and then, once sworn in, declares that all liberals and Biden supporters are domestic terrorists the need put in camps.

Would we be cool with that? I'll say that there are a very few here that would find it just, but the majority of us realize that the opposing viewpoints in America are what made us the greatest nation ever. If there is no room for discourse, there remains room for only tyranny.

Trump would never do this, it's just a hypothetical. For those that say he would, point out one single instance of Trump verbally attacking liberal voters) JUST ONE. You can't, because there are none. Unlike Biden, KJP, Harris, AOC, Booker, Swallowswell, Mad Maxine, Romney, Obama, Pelosi, Schiff, Nadler, Schumer, Omar, Bill and Hillary, Mayorkas, Buttigeig, Blinken and almost EVERY OTHER DIM/LIBERAL in government, the conservatives refuse to attack Democrat voters. They just don't do it. Remember "you get out and get in their faces, you tell them they're not welcome", and "basket of deplorables" referring to the MAGA movement voters? Yeah. That happened. Every day these goons and their mouthpieces on ABXi, XiNN, MSDNC, xiBS, NBXi and Faux News all call Trump voters "domestic terrorists/extremists". I could turn on MSDNC or XiNN right now and hear it within 5 minutes, guaranteed. I can watch a KJP press conference and hear it at least once every time.

Now we have to go through weeks of ridiculous liberal small brain hypotheticals.

My interpretation is that official acts are those that have validity working with the lawful bounds of government. So for the small brains, POTUS still cannot unilaterally violate the rights of the citizens. Even with today's ruling, if there is evidence discovered where Biden said I want you to find any reason to harass and prosecute Trump and his supporters, Biden would not have immunity. That is not an act that could be justified as an official act.

First, I’m not liberal. Second, you say it’s a ridiculous question, then immediately say,” this is my interpretation. Meaning it’s not a ridiculous question and open to interpretation

Biden can't do shite.
Congress can't do shite.
SCOTUS can't do shite.

Trump is basically untouchable now.

As he once said. "He could shoot someone and get away with it."

And I believe it.
Never thought I would see this in America.

"He can't keep getting away with it!"

Well yes. Yes he can. I think that has been more than proven by now. He can do whatever he wants.

I mean, what's the worst that could happen?

It's not like history is full of horrible atrocities committed by once stalwart and noble nations that completely capitulated to the will of one man.
