Can anyone explain why Trump's the one being constantly questioned about Russian meddling?

When you think about it's beyond a head scratcher, Trump was merely a candidate for the presidency of the US 2016 election. As we have learned over the past 2 years the Obammy administration was well aware of the potential for Russian meddling in the 2016 election and according to what we've learned even prior elections were probably a target.
So y'all can correct me if I'm wrong but I don't remember the Obammy administration issuing a warning to the American people before 11/08/2016 that our democracy is in imminent danger from foreign agents who seek to undermine the legitimacy of our electoral process, I seriously don't recall any such warning. As a matter of fact 3 weeks before the GE Obammy was saying our elections have never been effected by any verifiable hacking and Trump needed to quit whining and make a case to the American people to cast their votes for Trump.
Bueller, if you're logged into the PT forum this morning maybe you'll take a stab at this question and enlighten the forum.

because Hilldawg was a slam dunk to defeat Trump in a landslide!!!

The sad sad part in all this is it's public record that the Hillary campaign engaged Russian agents to influence our election but it's never reported in our media. It's exhibit A why the entire industry is useless.

Yes. Constant questions and unmerited investigation of Trump are plainly covered by the insurance policy.
Questions pertaining to the involvement of Obama, the DOJ, the CIA, Hillary Clinton, John Podesta, Loretta Lynch, John Brennan, James Clapper and others are clearly and unequivocally excluded from coverage. Because Russia. Stormy. Children in cages. CIA is always right.

I'll bite. Here's the next question.
Has Hillary Cinton been constantly asked about hiring the pee dossier guy? I've heard about it happing a few times. She initially denied, and then attempted to excuse it. These questions were asked by friendly media outlets- and mot by anyone with a badge.
Has Obama ever been asked why he felt it necessary to explain to Putin that he could be more "flexible" with him after the election? Or why that wasn't a show of weakness? Or an invitation to make sure Obama was, in fact, reelected? I don't think I've ever seen a media person ask him those questions. And certainly nobody with a badge has.

Wrong! I've seen video clips of Trump from Jan of 2017 acknowledging Russian meddling, and several since that time so you're FOS! The one thing Trump usually adds to his acknowledgement is that there were possibly other foreign countries who were also trying to meddle in the 2016 election. Do you get frustrated with being wrong +90% of the time?
