Who is the big guy?

Seditious conspiracy.... Lay out the evidence for me on that one.
By the way, still waiting on the "directly extorted a foreign country" evidence as well....
Oh, and still waiting to hear how exactly he "tried to maintain power after he lost"...
Lot of big accusations being thrown around, but not much actual evidence.
You cant just keep saying, "well if you watched this you would know" or "there's just so many examples, how could you not know".... Pretty sure neither of those arguments would hold up in a court of law. I want actual undeniable facts for each of these charges you are throwing at the man.

So he had a competing set of electors who claimed he won? Dont believe thats the first time its ever been done. If any of the election meddling cases would have actually been heard, rather than just wrote off, I think you may have seen why there were competing sets of electors...
Dont believe holding a rally is really trying to maintain power.... Liz Cheney had a rally after losing by 40% points last night, compared herself to Abraham Lincoln, and said she would do everything she could to prevent Trump for returning to power. Would you consider what she did as "trying to maintain power after she lost?

seditious conspiracy is a good one for DoJ but my favorite is manslaughter. I can lay it out without any confessions by Eastman.
district of Columbia.
they've got a law says if you did an underlying crime (inciting the uproar knowing they had weapons) and then stood by when someone was killed and you had the ability to halt the event but you let it go on (in this case hoping to wait until the count was stopped) and he didn't stop it then trump is guilty of manslaughter.
check it out.

I think trump made a baby cry once. Any law on the books for that one?

That’s a bit disingenuous. It wasn’t merely just asking for cooperation. Dems were hung up that he delayed congress approved funds in exchange for cooperation. Quid pro quo.
And what about Biden admitting doing the same exact thing and not even a hand was raised. Can you answer that???

No they don’t. Cite the statute you think says this so we can all laugh at you.
Here are the elements, yet again for you.
quote:
Under District of Columbia involuntary manslaughter law, the crime can either be classified as criminal-negligence manslaughter or misdemeanor manslaughter. Involuntary, Criminal-Negligence Manslaughter The elements of involuntary criminal-negligence manslaughter are: Defendant caused the death of the victim; The conduct that caused the death was a gross deviation from a reasonable standard of care; and The conduct that caused the death created an extreme risk of death or serious bodily injury. Involuntary, Misdemeanor Manslaughter The elements of involuntary misdemeanor manslaughter are: Defendant caused the death of the victim; Defendant did so while committing or attempting to commit an underlying misdemeanor; and Defendant committed or attempted to commit the underlying misdemeanor in a manner that created a reasonably foreseeable risk of appreciable physical injury
You’re done at element one. Stop lying.
