So do all Ohio people just make shite up like you did here and the doctor in this story? I do not think the SCOTUS should rule on cases based on hypotheticals but instead should do so based on law. That’s all I said. There is an established way to create laws that allow for abortion, Roe was bad law. Shame on politicians for not dealing with this obvious fact for 50 years.

If this hypothetical occurred and I was asked for my advice, it would be that the fetus life be protected as long as it did not endanger the life of the mother. Be that person 10 years old of 35. Abortion is traumatizing to the person having it, just like rape. The impacts can last a lifetime in both cases.

This is what was asked in the other thread. Nothing about my response had to do with what exceptions should be written into law. Because I wasn’t commenting on writing laws. A life is indeed a life.
