Well there's your problem. The truth is that there was one shooter and you were Googling about three shooters. If anything, this just proves how many modern-day right-wingers there are that believe fringe stories as main stories or as reality.

Reputable news sources are going to cover the known quantities of an event and not pump up what one girl at the school says. That's the job of places like Gateway pundit and all those other crappy right-wing websites that just make up information or drum up some conspiracy theory.

I really like that last search results says " you can support my work for my PayPal account."
Good stuff.

Also, they did not hack anything, they compiled the data through those stupid personality tests that ask for access to your profile.

So they use the disingenuous tactic to try to access everyone's information on their page? I don't think that's criminal or anything but I could see where Facebook would decide to get rid of that crap.

Haha, whadduya know. Here's the head of this bullshite company of which Bannon was a vice president admitting to engaging in entrapment. Lying to facebook users about the purpose of their app in order to harvest their private data and the private data of their facebook friends is just the tip of the iceberg of the shady shite this crew is up to.

The best part is the excuse they give later in the video. "...sometimes have conversations with potential clients to try to determine if they have unethical or illegal intentions."

But, you guys! We only offered to accept large sums of the client's money in exchange for smuggling Ukrainian prostitutes into the country to entrap his political opponents as TEST for HIM!"

And their CEO, Alexander Nix, denied to Parliament that CA had dealings with Russian companies when it's come out this week that they met with the Russian oil company, Lukoil, about political targeting of American voters:

quote:

But Christopher Wylie, who helped found Cambridge Analytica and develop the company’s voter-profiling technology, said Lukoil showed interest in how the company used data to tailor messaging to American voters. “I remember being super confused,” said Mr. Wylie, who took part in one of the Lukoil meetings. “I kept asking Alexander, ‘Can you explain to me what they want?’” he said, referring to Mr. Nix. “I don’t understand why Lukoil wants to know about political targeting in America.”

What does a Russian oil company want with informatics on politically targeting American voters?

Revealed: Trump’s election consultants filmed saying they use bribes and sex workers to entrap politicians

An undercover investigation by Channel 4 News reveals how Cambridge Analytica secretly campaigns in elections across the world. Bosses were filmed talking about using bribes, ex-spies, fake IDs and sex workers.

Senior executives at Cambridge Analytica – the data company that credits itself with Donald Trump’s presidential victory – have been secretly filmed saying they could entrap politicians in compromising situations with bribes and Ukrainian sex workers.

In an undercover investigation by Channel 4 News, the company’s chief executive Alexander Nix said the British firm secretly campaigns in elections across the world. This includes operating through a web of shadowy front companies, or by using sub-contractors.

It wasn't their app. A professor developed the app, mined the data, then gave that data to Cambridge Analytical. And people that downloaded the app gave consent for their info to be collected. They didn't have permission to obtain data on friends of those that downloaded though, from what I understand.

A little off topic but, adjectives like this are annoying. They are used to elicit a specific response.

Agree in principle, but the front companies were specifically set up to avoid detection. I think shadowy is fine here, since that was actually the intent.
