Did this happen? Did Rittenhouse create a violent situation? That’s not in the facts that I remember.

Runaway like a dog and get murdered or fight for your life and got to jail forever? That is a bullshite predicament. People that write these laws have never felt danger or harm.

Just being facetious. I meant they wouldnt be happy with you if you ran out of the house, and left them to defend.

Yeah that’s my understanding. MN has a duty to retreat if you’re not in your home. So there’s no stand your ground law. But inside the home there is no duty to retreat.

Why is that cesspool of a state still part of the USA?

I honest to God don't understand how anyone with any sense of logic and reasoning can still support anything demoncrapic. It literally makes no sense to me.

Is there any federal angle to challenge this? Self-defense seems like a basic civil right to me.

It's really the core of the 2A.

The 2A isn't about guns, it's about 'arms'. And arms means any manner of personal weapons. Daggers, swords, axes, maces, pikes, arrows, spears, clubs, guns, etc., are all means to do what?

Defend one's self.

Exactly… if your going to throw me in jail for defending my family in my own home I’ll take the jail.

This is good.

In fact, I would be in favor of my state using taxpayer funds to advertise it on billboards across the state in the hopes that it will draw the maximum number of criminals to California and away from me.

I say we help them ring the dinner bell for criminals loud and long.

Only if you mean self-defense against government tyranny (foreign or domestic).

THAT'S the core of the 2nd Amendment.

Defending yourself against your neighbor is just a convenient side-effect.

What carry method do you use?

I have a lower back inside the waistband holster and an under armpit sling style holster. I’m
Still not sure which one I like more.

The sling is comfortable but not a fast access solution.

The waistband style is quicker access but not quite as concealed or as comfortable.
