All truth. I was supposed to get a month off, but one week went to helping on a federal class action trial and then it took more than a week to get everything ready for me to leave for the week. That 11 days included travel, too.

By filing lawsuits over what?

How can you define the Trump era when you can't define lawfare?

Trump was a nothing politically until 2016, so that is easy.

He's not even in office.

That's why it's 2016-Present
The "present" part is ever changing.

Yeah, like your positions.

I imagine DOJ suits over stuff like this
And all the DHS/immigration litigation
etc
That doesn't even really make sense in the context of trying to be cute with the term "lawfare."

Well "lawfare", depending on the day/thread, can apply to criminal prosecution, civil suits, AND administrative actions.
So it works both from a policy-admin perspective as well as civil-regulatory litigation perspective.

He gets caught being too cute by a half and then tries to audible from the original discussion or further obfuscate his position.
He's been outed so many times, but he doesn't care. He maintains he is a beacon of truth. His schtick is old and tired.

Which ones, specifically, haven't?

The land shouldn’t have to pay for the blight of democrat lunacy there. It just needs to get so bad that democrats just can’t stand it anymore

Recently? FEMA and North Carolina. That disaster was called "lawfare" early and often.

If tweet fails to load, click here. Other non-DOJ favorites are the IRS and EPA. You can go to X and search "lawfare" and whatever agency you want and you'll find plenty.

I don't know of many major shifts.
Still a small-L libertarian like I have been for almost 20 years on here.
Still promoting the free market and removing government intervention in the market as well as dismantling the Police State.
