Apparently the state approves of shite in the streets too. It’s unbelievable. The freeways and neighborhoods here have homeless encampments. There are literally signs at major intersections asking that you do not give homeless people food or money and to direct your charity to homeless shelters and other non profits. It’s amazing just how fricked up it is out here.
