re: California outmigration jumps 38% as departures rise for 7th straight year

California having out-migration is such a spectacular fail that it's almost impossible to absorb mentally.
Governing California should be about as challenging as getting laid if you look like a female SI swimsuit model.
Keeping people in Nebraksa, or Alaska, or Montana. THAT takes work. You need to give people a reason to stay or come.
But Cali? With that weather and natural beauty? That shite should be a walk in the park.
But, somehow, like the OT 10 who seems ugly as frick inside of 5 minutes of meeting her, California has found a way to make itself generally unattractive to people.
But Cali?
