I live here, and I monitor any bills like this. They will def keep trying- no doubt about it. Jerry Brown was much smarter politically than Newsom. Def going to be a lot of work in appeals courts this term.

You know something is going to happen at a federal level. It is best to get something done while Trump holds forth so it is reasonable and based upon reality and slanted toward the real problem and not the 99% responsible gun owners. This Ca proposal will look like child's play if and when the next socialist dem is elected.

Yeah. I just meant that in this particular post, it didn’t take long for me to facepalm. You’d think these people would at least try to learn about these things before they propose nonsense draconian legislation. But, I can’t say this is surprising.
