If you mean Buzbee was lying the prosecution should have took him up on his offer. They didn't.

Buzbee is definitely good, very good. But I'm not sure if he's that clutch of a lawyer, or if the case against Paxton is THAT bad that any competent lawyer could destroy it the way he thoroughly destroyed it.
