A LOT of things are “wild” to you like common sense, drug use, immigration, Iran’s nuclear program, paying taxes, Palestinians attacking Israel, Epstein conspiracies, Russian election interference, election fraud, etc. the common denominator in all of this is you boy wonder

I imagine the post-Covid society has a lot to do with the spike as well.

I doubted the data since the source wasn’t visible (Joinpain is a tool not a source) so I researched it. It appears to be in line with this from the CDC
CDC Raw Data
The data in that graph are from September 2025 but are probably only valid through May 2025 due to delays in States reporting. Still, the precipitous drop starting about when Trump took over to June 2025 is in line with the rest of the graph.
The decline began well before the Venezuela interdictions, so that has nothing to do with the graph. My wild guess is that the dropoff is due to shutting down the border and harassing the Venezuelan gangs that had taken up residency in the US.

Well, yeah......that is where the overwhelming majority of fentanyl seizures occur. The high water mark there for seizures was in 2023.
