Their Memorial Day weekend numbers are going to be abysmal so it’s about to get worse for them.

Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day…
Plus just summer months in general. No one is going to be loading up the lake cooler with a couple cases of Bud Light every weekend.

I wonder if Yuengling picked up the difference? Looks like 10% is missing. Which would be more than 10% increase for Yuengling since they sell way less. Keep it up!!! InBev Bud stock is down 10.68% in the last month.

Is this retail sales or gross sales? I can’t wait to see their Q2 results North America is going to be down massive but the rest of the world will be largely unaffected. I imagine NA gross sales of Bud Light will be down much more than 25% when football season rolls around. Everyone is sitting on tons of inventory that isn’t moving.

I've never seen people who want to inject their gender identity choices into every product under the sun.

A-B openly shite on the majority of their customer base via their smug VP of marketing, and then doubled down.

Capitalism is about choice and A-B is learning an important (and costly) lesson.

And the out of touch, fraternaist, long headed woman that made the decision is still drawing a 7 digit salary and not even having to work.

The moron they put in place for a “diversity hire” because it’s impossible for them to frick up the biggest seller turned out to be the easiest thing to predict ever.

Now AB simply can’t find a way out, to fire her and admit she fricked up would have the liberals on them. The FBI, the IRS, pretty much every alphabet agency would be unleashed on them and they know it.

That would probably be even worse.

They can't risk firing her cause she could spill the beans that she was instructed to do this by the top brass.

I’m curious of what brands she repped before she got BL.

Main person I know who worked for AB pre-merger was hocking 4Loko. If they threw this idiot from school straight onto their flagship brand, they are fricking idiots.

Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

Until the person that made this decision is fired, as well as announcing a complete separation from the man acting liking a teenage girl, Anheuser-Busch should continue to suffer the consequences.

Bud Light was all I drank and I don’t drink it anymore and I never will again. This will hurt them.

InBev gets nothing from Constellation, including no royalties

From the initial press release
quote:

The transaction establishes Crown as a fully owned entity of Constellation, and provides Constellation with independent brewing operations, Modelo's full profit stream from all U.S. sales, and rights in perpetuity to the Grupo Modelo brands distributed by Crown in the U.S.

If Constellation was smart, they should clarify this publicly

None of that matters. It's like, "I won't use Google!" You aren't boycotting Google if you use an Android phone or Android TV or GoogleTV, or Maps, or Nest or Gmail. Those can be more difficult to shake off.

But, beer? There's plenty of other beers not associated with AB InBev. Why not continue to make the point when it's not a hard point to make? Just order a different brand of beer not associated with Bud.

I drank Modelo when out and usually Ultra at home. Now, anything but a Bud brand when I'm out and Yuengling Flight when I'm home.

Did not hurt one bit to change and the Yuengling tastes better, anyway.
