When a pic is already being hosted in a publicly available manner ( don’t have to have an account or be logged in to see it) like the memes on Truth Social, or great awakening I just use their urls instead of saving it and re-uploading to my image hosting site (imgbb). Not sure why you aren’t seeing the truth social pics, they show up for me fine on browsers where I’m not logged into TS.
