It was so different back then. Modt of us were in shape just by doing active things because there was nothing else to do. We had one fat kid in school..one. we ragged on him endlessly but he was our friend and if anyone else made fun of him being filled with gravy we would kick their arse.
Does anyone else remember the presidential fitness test? You would have to do as many pull ups, push ups ect as you possibly could and then your scores got posted. God help you if you were last lol
As kids the only time we weren't active was Saturday morning.
