No legal basis to charge, but that hasn’t stopped others from being charged. The issue is with no knock warrants, not the officers

Agreed, but there also wasn't a legal basis to charge the mansion couple (forgot their names).
DA's have no issue overcharging. Look at Rittenhouse.

Issue I have is that they are going to sit back tonight and let the whiteheads riot and burn down and loot as much as they can.
They should roll out as soon as the decision is announced and call for a 7PM curfew and anyone breaking that will be subject to fine/arrest and not even let the riots get started.
