Screw them - Not enough money to be a cop these days. The drug dealer murderer gets more rights than the good guys.

What the fuuuuuuuuuuck?

Will they still riot because it's not murder charges?

Shitty ruling for us officers out there, it's somewhat demoralizing and I'm not even CLOSE to Louisville PD. Those guys must be feeling like shite right now.

WRONG, They're gonna burn it down

One officer charged with 3 counts of 1st degree wanton endangermnent. $15,000 full cash bond.

These charges weren't for Breonna, they were for the other apartments he hit with his bullets

quote:

Kentucky has two types of wanton endangerment; First-Degree and Second Degree:

First-Degree Wanton Endangerment: “A person is guilty of wanton endangerment in the first degree when, under circumstances manifesting extreme indifference to the value of human life, he wantonly engages in conduct which creates a substantial danger of death or serious physical injury to another person” (KRS 508.060). First-degree wanton endangerment is a Class D felony, punishable with fines of up to $10,000 and up to five years in prison.

Black people on the left need to grow up - Stop propping up the worst among you. It doesn't help your cause.

Anything short of having public execution by LeBron was going to result in a riot.

grand jury apparently found the "victims" in the wanton endangerment case are Breonna's neighbors... not Breonna or anyone in Breonna's apartment

No way he's convicted, right? Otherwise no officer will ever be able to fire their service weapon anywhere but the middle of the woods without facing similar charges, regardless of circumstances.

This is extremely dangerous precedent if convicted, it'll open up the floodgates

It's only "justice" when the mob gets what they want. Due process and rule of law has no bearing on the situation.

Yes. And it will prove what a low intelligence most of these people possess.

Punishment for rioting should be far more severe than it is. Should be treated like a hate crime where the penalty is enhanced if the crime occurs during a protest or riot.

Incoming a shitload more riots up until the election. Also wouldn't shock me if the NBA players pause again. And probably another white male getting involved in the riots and shooting some rioters. Rinse and repeat. This is 2020, y'all.
