If ever a scumbag morherfricker deserved to hang it’s John Brennan.

State rat bastards who tried to remove a duly elected president from office.
When did this happen?
Trump was impeached twice, but was never under threat of removal.
And it is simply not possible to be any more retarded than this right here.
Hence, I rarely, in a direct manner acknowledge his existence.
Some people on this forum should be ignored because they deserve to be ignored.

He can't answer that because it would put his ActBlue funding in jeopardy to speak negative towards the agenda/narrative in any way.

He knowingly fabricated evidence
Which evidence?
Isn't the allegation than an assessment (not evidence) was changed?

And before you go into your typical, DC or Virginia court argument. Which is tired, you don't know what else they have.
There is no logical way to connect actions by the Obama admin in July or August 2016 to August 22 by a completely different set of actors in a completely different admin (who got a legal search warrant that has already been litigated and found to be valid/legal by a Trump-sympathetic judge who may be overseeing this case in Florida)
quote:
Digenova specifically said they had more than enough evidence to prosecute.
Prosecute "what?" should be your question.
You're engaging in the kernel of truth fallacy of CT "rhetoric" here.
Just because something random may be able to be prosecuted (like Brennan's perjury) doesn't mean the GTOE will be able to be prosecuted.

The problem is he knows the truth about this but will pursue the narrative that the proof cannot be provided and therefore is a nothing burger.
That's not my argument at all
If there are violation of law, they should follow proper procedure and not engage in big brain retardation by trying to create a GTOE to get venue in a sympathetic jurisdiction or to try to get around SOL limitations.
Brennan may have committed perjury while in the DC district. File the indictment there as is proper and legal. Nothing wrong with that.
Trying to file the indictment for that in Florida? Retarded.

I addressed the points of your argument in this thread. So no, your prediction isn't correct, narcissist.

His argument (and mine) is that what we know in the public doesn’t add up to a grand conspiracy case.
Your argument is that there is more than what the public knows that does justify it.
Maybe we’re both right

Their argument is that trump is a resident of florida. You may not like it, you may disagree with it but it's there. Write them a strongly worded letter.
Evidence? Lol, you are a lawyer. You know exactly what I was referring to. I already said, was it Brennan being evil but legal, or did he do illegal things. We'll find out
---------------------
The decision to run this investigation through a South Florida grand jury relies on specific federal laws regarding venue and the Conspiracy Against Rights (18 U.S. Code § 241):
The Law on Venue: In federal criminal law, a case must be investigated and tried in a district where the crime—or the effects of the crime—took place.Targeting a Resident's Rights: Under § 241, it is a crime for government officials to conspire to injure or oppress any citizen in the free exercise or enjoyment of their constitutional rights. Because Donald Trump has been a legal resident of Florida since 2019 (and Mar-a-Lago is his primary home), prosecutors argue that the ultimate "injury" of this alleged multi-year conspiracy is actively being felt by a citizen residing in the Southern District of Florida.
The Mar-a-Lago Connection: While the raid itself didn't start the broader conspiracy theory, it does provide a physical, local anchor. The execution of the search warrant occurred in Palm Beach, Florida. By tying Brennan's early actions to the later Mar-a-Lago investigation, prosecutors can claim the conspiracy stretched into Florida, legally justifying the use of a Florida grand jury rather than one in Washington, D.C.

This is where it breaks down unless you’ve got Brennan pulling a Clinesmith to Cannon.

Don't act like you're above it. I'm pretty sure you said the other day that you use it yourself in your "law practice."

This is also a stretch to the point of dishonesty within the context of this case.
It's theoretically possible to get venue for effects, but not for this sort of crime.
Also, and this is REALLY major...Trump became a Florida resident in September 2019.
The alleged deprivation of rights with Brennan/Obama occurred over 3 years prior to that. Even with the faulty reasoning your AI gave you, it fails.

To summarize and analyze large documents, primarily.
*ETA: I did use it for Trump-related tomfoolery with the last nothingburger document release that backfired in the admin's face (the election-related documents that showed Russian interference was worse than China's)

But here's a case where our very own government tried to manufacture false narratives about an American citizen, and yet these scumbags (as expected) are spinning it in favor of the corrupt system to which they belong.
Don't forget our local TDS posters who think this is no big deal or out of the Statute of Limitations so we should not do anything and just let it go.

Damn that sucks. The AI is correct though." Effects"
You should consider writing a letter to the DOJ letting them know your concerns. You don't like the venue
It's a novel all encompassing conspiracy case. It will get appealed in the 11th. If they find these people guilty.
I've said it before, I'll say it again, I simply do not care about the concerns on venue. It's there, it's potentially going to have multiple indictments, or none at all?
Write your local congressman. I'm sure they'll care.

If it's dead from the SOL, "doing something" becomes illegal.
You want to respond to an argument of manufacturing a false narrative by manufacturing an illegal criminal case? In what world is that logical?

Filing in the wrong venue may not toll the SOL on crimes, and if the litigation takes long enough, many potential crimes are likely to become prescribed
You should care about that.

Meh. In northern virginia? No thanks. After everything the savage lawfare crew has done over the years, even if jail time doesn't happen, I, at the very least, want complete bankruptcy for comey, Brennan, strozk, mccabe, others
I'm not a lawyer. I want pure damage.
