In the 2020 Democratic primaries there were only three sane people running:

Tulsi Gabbard
Marianne Williamson
That’s it. The rest were a bunch of fricking lunatics. Two of those three have now left the party officially, and Marianne has openly said that the Left is worse than the Right.

Like a lot of Democrats, I think she changed her mind on this over Covid. It used to be every other day that Democrats used to bitch about guns. Now save for when there’s a mass shooting, you don’t hear about it nearly as much. Outside of that retard Beto, the Democratic Party in general I think has figured out this is a losing issue for them. That’s one of the few good parts of Covid is that it taught Americans to love our guns again.

Tulsi is on Pelosi and Hillary's shite list. Pelosi hates her because led a House delegation of Democrats to discuss cooperation with Trump. Hillary hates her because she refused to cast her super delegate vote for Clinton and gave it to Sanders because that is how her district voted.
I may not see eye to eye with her on policies but she is very principled and wants to put the good of the country first.

I think she’d be a good choice for DeSantis, but too much of a risk for Trump. Trump is old and that has to be taken into consideration with his VP. Personally I think she’d make a great Secretary of State or in the very least put in John Bolton’s former position. Just don’t let Tulsi anywhere near the economy, and there are lots of things she’d be useful for.

Good for her. But, it doesn't change her stand on issues that are "democratic" if not progressive in nature. Free tuition for families making less than $125,000 for 4 year colleges and community college free for all plus a high rating from the Sierra Club does not jive with right of center politics.
