No, thats not what he said PER SE......He's just repeated the old rumor, which he knows is not true, here's why we know it, if Trump was on the list, after he got out of office per the theft of an election, that info would have leaked. So, if I know that, we know Elon is more intelligent then the average joe, so he's just putting on a play, and all us common men with average brains understand that with all the deep state has do to Trump, if this was true it would have came out.
On the other hand, if he wants his set a sides added back in, to keep from looking like GRAFT through FRIENDSHIP, maybe Trump told him you are going have to create a rift, then when we add them back in no one can say ot was a Political Payoff.
