But in this case the Inspector General (appointed by Trump) found that the claims were Urgent and Credible.By law, that means it SHALL go to congress. There's no ambiguity there.

Do some research on Atkinson and you'll find out why it was submitted to him. It's hilarious to me to see these national security and intelligence types defending the whistleblower process when the complaint is based on hearsay, yet they have called for Snowden and Assange to be executed and have ruined the lives of men like Thomas Drake and Bill Binney when their evidence was direct and corroborated.

I'm not convinced this "whistleblower" enjoys the legal protection reserved for whistleblowers since they don't have first hand knowledge of the accusation in question.
This is just a baseless accusation. shite, the dems howling impeachment haven't even seen the alleged whistleblower report. This is all funneled through the media.
