As others have mentioned Chicago is an example of shutting POTUS down over threat of insurrection by the DemProgFilth. Maybe Tulsa needs more snipers on the PD?

As I've stated before, Tulsa and OK State require a minimum 90 and 100 credit hours toward a degree respectively just to apply to their academies so we're not talking about Bubba the Redneck scared of FB Karen.

There are two possible meanings:

1. All people are under the Tulsa Mayor's document are prohibited in that zone.; OR

2. All NON-RALLY GOERS are prohibited in that zone.

I grudgingly write these kinds of things as part of my operations management in a medium sized southern city. They could have done better. You must keep in mind, however that these can be difficult to fully express intent

Maybe the Tulsa police have decided to sit this one out and let natural selection run its course?
