On second thought, this may have been done to secure the area by Secret Service before the president arrives which is standard protocol. Possibly even more so considering everything that's going on with the rioting and whatnot. Somebody was saying there was a massive police presence at the airport in Tulsa. I'm assuming they are concerned with the left planting bombs or starting some kind of shite or maybe the feds were tipped off to some plans. You know they monitor all the communications on the planet.
