I have vehemently held that Joe Biden, Merrick Garland and Jack Smith are frauds and dangerous to the constitutional rule of law in the US.
Their lack of convictions against DJT and DJTs return to the Oval Office prove that.

Then you don't understand how that happened in most of the cases, because none went to the merits (one was dismissed due to immunity in a proper ruling).
