Yes it would big news, but who honestly cares? What would happen if they found something out? All parties involved are already dead. Most Americans know the government and powers that be are crooked. I look at news compared to the stock market. It’s not news if the market doesn’t react one way or the other to it. Move on.

The CIA didn't even have possession of it. Zapruder sold the footage to Time Life.
