Scumbag would have been perfectly fine pinning this fake attack on two innocent white guys who just happened to be wrong place/wrong time. They would have gotten twenty years plus in prison and branded racists. Jussie was ready to pin that on someone without a second thought. The guy is evil and should be locked up for 5-10 years.

And this is truly a 'hate crime' (if there is such a thing). He set out to make any 'MAGA'/Trump supporter to be a homophobic-racist, willing to beat up and intimidate a gay black man.
That would only serve to motivate some blacks to hate whites even more (and maybe act on it). A fake hate crime ought to get twice the punishment of an actual hate crime.
I have not followed the trial details that closely (need to catch up), but shouldn't he be tried for perjury? I thought I heard he lied on the stand? And this was a federal charge? Hmmmm?
