For those defending Biden, three points:
1) Wrt the business dealings, he has categorically denied knowing anything about Hunter’s business interests. Via the laptop and a credible witness with hard evidence, he has been shown to have lied, and in fact bragged about using his position as VP to influence matters that impacted those business dealings.
2) Regarding Hunter’s “indiscretions”, he has knowingly covered these up, which not only reflects poor judgement, but also a willingness to ignore his duty as an officer of the court to protect his family.
3) As a result of the above, he placed himself in a position that makes him vulnerable to outside influence, and has shown that to protect his family and interests he is willing to mislead the public.

Did I hear that his laptop camera was compromised (Chinese) and was videoing without him know?
That explains who took this picture. He may not have know the picture is being taken.

Yeah..but if that's the case, they wouldn't just leave the pictures on the hard drive. They'd take the pictures, save them on their side, then delete all records of it, so they wouldn't leave any tracks.
This just seems like one of hunter's prostitutes or buddies took pictures and saved them for Hunter to look at and enjoy later on, after he sobered up. Hunter kept them because he knew there was 0% chance he gets held accountable, even if the pics are discovered.
