Most of these slander suits are lucky to win, let alone winning proving damages is very very hard to do... the standards are not good. Let alone the company executives don't appear to know what they are doing, imo.
The company will be going down the drain, litigation isn't going to help them.

I'd like to see what, exactly, they claim she lied about AND what proof they have that her claims had malicious intent - this case will be interesting. And while I didn't send her or lunatic Lin Wood any money, I might pitch in for her defense.
The organizational structure and history of Dominion is probably not able to be disputed. There are legal records Sidney can produce to back up those claims.
The capacity of the software to switch votes has been demonstrated on video - so Dominion will lose there.
The CEO testified that the machines were not designed to be connected to the internet, but we have images showing that they were. Dominion will lose on that.
Facts that the plaintiff doesn't like aren't grounds for a defamation suit.
So, what claims do they have to support their case? I admittedly haven't read all of her tweets, so it will be interesting to follow.

Super easy to go after Sydney now. Won't matter how much evidence she shows, this trial will be fixed. Lawyer prosecuting will prolly be Marc Elias, and judge will be Obama and likely in DC where it's all buddies of Merrick Garland.

Obama judges like to defy presidential pardons...so you think the judge of this case wont make up shite as he goes as well? You're naive if you think this case isn't stacked against SP now. Just had to wait for the Biden people to get in place so they can rail road her.
