Good. Please sue that fricking nut Lin Wood, as well. Frick both of them for promoting BS conspiracy theories that impacted GA and suppressed turnout and in the case of Wood, someone who ENCOURAGED voters to boycott. Frick Trump, too. He was a fricking baby and gave these morons a platform to spew BS and he himself bought into them as well. Now, because of them, we lost the last line of defense in this country, which were these 2 Senate seats.

If Powell shows the evidence and it's valid and can't be refuted by Dominion with evidence of their own, it could be trouble for them. I doubt they'd bring the suit if they haven't covered their asses though.
It's fishy that they wait until after certification in congress. Just in case she has something and discovery corroborates, the election was already certified.
Her biggest problem is that media will ignore her side and amplify their side.
