Again, the facts are:
James Biden got 600k from Americore that directly admitted they specifically gave him the money for Influence in the middle east based on his last name and family affiliation.
They wire 200k of that to his personal account instead of his business account.
He then writes a check, dated the exact same day, for the exact same amount, to Joe Biden.

Comer is hilarious.
But I bet you love Jack Smith.
He probably got a boner every time Schiff said he had evidence of collusion for impeachment.
He’s just embarrassed Schiff lied and there’s actual evidence Biden’s sold out America.

subpoena James Biden and have him provide proof that he received $200k or more in loans from Joe.
Shouldn’t have to. The IRS answers to Congress and should have everything needed to prove the transactions legitimacy.

Not a universally true statement.
Plus tax evasion is illegal.
And you think this is the only such payment? The guy has like 4 houses
Hey... bring the case home brother. I have no problem with it.

Apparently you don't know Biden admin agencies don't give shite to Congress. Ever.

Fair point. That also damn sure underscores that Biden or his brother aren’t going to give anything up either.

isnt it sad that you list the straight facts in chronological order, no opinion - just facts.
and a lib downvotes you.

But you know this isn't true. Did the IRS answer to Congress during the Trump admin when they subpoenaed his tax returns?
And to answer your other question about influence peddling: all they've been able to prove is that non elected Bidens were making money off their connection to Joe. Non of that is illegal. If Joe was making money off of Joe while out of office, I still don't see the illegality. If Joe was making money off of Joe while in office, still no illegality...but in that circumstance, clearly compromised and in need of removal from office.

I would get downvoted for saying "Pussy is good" on this board. I never even pay attention to that

It is also crime for a public official to directly or indirectly, corruptly demand, seek, receive, accept or agree to accept anything of value personally in return for being influenced in the performance of any official act, to commit or aid in committing or allow any fraud, or be induced to do or omit any act in violation of their official duties
18 USC 201. Accepting bribes is a federal crime.
Joe Biden was very much a potential future POTUS candidate when this payment was made.
Are you saying that as long as I give $1,000,000 to a future POTUS candidate for influence prior to their taking the oath of office that the deal is all gucci?
Cmon.

Whether they have the records and whether they produce the records are not the same thing. The IRS does have the records if such records exist.

It goes beyond that, Rs are trying to build a complete case.
They have a TON of INDIRECT evidence of Joe's involvement WHILE in office.
Now they have a direct payment to him that ties in directly to influence peddling.

isnt it remarkable? But denying the election results or playing hardball with NARA is clearly illegal. LOL

Where's the influence? You have to prove influence.

Taking OP as true, the paying entity admits that the payments were for influence relating to its ME operations.
Actual successful influencing of policy is NOT required. Acceptance of the offer is.

even if R's had the guts to do anything (they dont), this DOJ wont touch Joe. They could find dead bodies buried all over his property, and it wouldnt matter.

I must have missed the direct payment.

So when does blatantly obvious influence peddling become a problem?
1. There is no evidence that this is influence peddling, its one family member throwing a check out to another.
2. Influence peddling is not illegal. Bribery is which is not the same thing.
