No what I agree with is allowing the judicial system work. When/If he is convicted and those appeals are exhausted then you can bring the case. Bringing the case before he is guilty of anything is the Definition is kangaroo court.

I do find it hilarious that the people who had no problem with Trump trying to illegally overturn an election are mad about this.

Just need to make a cognitive test a prerequisite to be on the ballot for TX and FL and the call will be made into CO real quick.
