Ron! bois riding the loser rails.
That’s the difference between us. I can separate what I want to happen from what I think will happen.
You want an echo chamber.

Which is funny. The progressive is such a moral figure that Trumps “meanness” is an issue but they have no problems with their ilk taking it up the arse in the Senate chamber.

I don’t want to hear any bitching from you idiots when Trump loses by 300+ EVs and we get 4 more years of Biden.
Whatever. This country is done anyways the WEF will have their way and our fat, stupid and lazy society won’t lift a finger to stop it.

Hardly. Not a single conservative does. But keep thinking it is so, and as long as it’s real to you, you have plenty of fodder to discuss in your therapy sessions.

Based on what?

SCOTUS will overturn but there’s that.
Since ballots and elections are handled by the states, do you think the Court would consider this a states rights issue ala Dobbs or no?

The same tactics that democrats pulled in 1860 to keep Abraham Lincoln off the ballot in several states.
Slave owner tactics used to keep black people down. Repeat in 2023.
Trumps campaign ad writes itself.

Congress concluded otherwise when he was acquitted.
And Congress is the sole body that can make the determination of "insurrection" because it is the only body that can remove such disability.
Also, the office of PRESIDENT is not one of the listed offices in the 14th (VP, Senator and Representative are).
Statutory Construction 101

How many States courts are controlled by Republicans? If CO is able to remove a candidate without charges what’s to stop other states from doing the same thing against Dems?
I like the way you’re thinking. Precedent has been set now.

I doubt SCOTUS overturns and certainly not by first week of January when the Col. Sec of State certifies ballot.

NaziCrats are always screaming voter suppression, well if this doesn't qualify as voter suppression then I don't know what is. They are literally attempting to deny the voters of a choice they could potentially want to choose.
But go ahead Nazis and Colorado you do you because all you are doing is making Trump that much more attractive to many people.

All of the democrat run states will follow suit. It’ll be overturned by the Supreme Court but it’s just to tie up trump lawyers in legal battles.

You can't do jack. Get off your high horse with your Ronbot "echo chamber" garbage schtick.
You people act like you are talking to people that only live on here and aren't out in the real world, because they don't agree with supporting your guy.
