Yea I read that, and I have no doubt that it was. But you can't deceptively edit complete non-engagement.

If they were cursing, then he should have talked to the parents or the management.

Mostly insecure kids compensating for real self confidence.

But you can share about how being bullied in high school kept you “straight”

Uh, no. What I’m saying is that we should’ve put up a bigger and harder fight a long time ago when the queers started trying to normalize their perverse behaviors. We had societal norms that helped foster the freest and most powerful nation on earth it seems like all the way until the 1960s. They’ve since been turned on their heads and we have this clown fricking world.

A world in which people act as if this weirdo is some kind of hero for being a freak. There’s a reason why these types are at a drastically higher rate of suicide.

When you dress like a freak show, don't cry when someone calls you a freak show.

It's because they are mentally ill.

So I don't think grown men telling them that they are freaks, idiots, and supporting bullying is helping the suicide rate for those individuals.

They need legitimate help. Not 50 year old men telling them how worthless and fricked up they are.

I think adults, with no outwardly apparent "skin in the game", who dedicate themselves to shite-talking children are in the wrong.

And that's coming from me who, if it were my son, I'd cry myself to sleep every night wondering how I'd failed him so badly.

This is an apparently intelligent, resourceful, successful guy who, for some unknown reason, thought - "how about I spend a significant portion of my day making fun of a clearly unhinged kid."

Seems dickish to me.

Sure, you may be right about that. However, what I would like to add is, when you normalize this type of behavior, you just further the incorrect belief in their minds that they are normal. Which can lead them down a very dark, dark road. One in which I believe would be worse for them in the long term. They’re not normal, and they ought not be treated as heroic, or brave, or normal.

Because in the end, they’re living a lie. Which is what I would assume that most of the suicides come from. They chop their dicks off, put on a pair of tits, and call themselves women when deep down, they know they’re not.

So, you wore Mom's dress to the Prom. Dad liked that because you looked better than your Mom.

You're talking about the adult also, right?

Because this is exactly how you get Karens. It normalizes haranguing and hassling people who are otherwise not bothering you at all.

The kid got the reaction he was secretly hoping for.

Imagine the kid’s disappointed if nobody reacted to his outlandish cry for attention.

I agree with you there. That type of behavior shouldn't be normalized, and I never said it should. I'm not wise enough to tell you what the solution is, but I know it isn't random grown men bullying teenages.

I've always looked at this from a mental health perspective. Just like you wouldn't tell someone suffering from depression to suck it up and stop being a little bitch, you shouldn't tell people suffering from this type of mental illness how weird and fricked up they are.

I don't get it.

Are you suggesting that an adult, unaffected by the actions of another, is justified in following them around and trying to disrupt their day?

That's as Karen as it gets.

Cry me a river.

We are a highly social and dimorphic species. Gender norms didn’t get “invented” by conservatives. They occur naturally in every culture. Ours happens to be one of the least divergent.

If you were found/filmed in public calling that kids decision to wear a dress mental illness, you’d get cancelled.

Not quite. You’re missing an element.

Karenism is perceiving a normal interaction through a hypersensitive lens and making it all about Karen.

This kid is doing something intentionally outside of the norm, in an upside down world of the margins attacking the middle, and the normal dad is bravely stating what we all can see. The emperor has no clothes.
