despite it being a clear violation of their own rule "Players, coaches, and trainers are to stand and line up in a dignified posture along the sidelines or on the foul line during the playing of the National Anthem".

Shouldn't really be any surprise to anyone. In all honesty, the idea of the WNBA was femi-Nazi bullshite in the first place. It's a product that cannot support itself financially from ticket sales and marketing sales. There is not one single thing about WNBA to logically justify its existence. It exists as a political league from top to bottom.
