He, and you, deserve to be mocked. Though he was likely just stating the practical effect of the ruling, not making the ridiculous claim that the 2020 votes were legal. That idiotic claim should be mocked. Which is why I mocked (and continue) to mock you. You don’t know what you don’t know. A basic, like week 1 of law school, knowledge of procedure and you would understand why you are being mocked. I shouldn’t have to explain it all to you. Ask Hank to help you out. He can explain why you look so dumb here.
Here is a hint: from the ruling (the actual ruling, not an editorialization of it)
