That never happened. No one has ever said that we’re gonna have to send US soldiers to Ukraine to fight Russia. That is fake news and straight hogwash. Only Putin propagandists would say such a thing.
But let’s stay on this scenario for a second. Should we tell Israel to lighten up in Gaza then, because it could escalate the conflict into a large regional war, that would undoubtedly drag the US into fighting alongside Israel in that war?

Idk if he’ll be able to end the war either. I don’t think Putin thinks the territory he currently has, is enough to say, mission accomplished. If Trump does end the war where the lines are somewhere around right now, I think that’d be a pretty big success, and would mean Trump has the stronger hand over Putin right now. If he does end the war, and is able to get some kind of ceasefire or something, then he’s going to continue sending money and weapons to Ukraine, to prevent Russia from invading Ukraine again.

This is the symbol of the Azov Battalion. These are actual Nazis, not hyperbole.
In the form presented, with the Z looking like an N is intentional on the emblem, because it stands for National Identity or Ideal, meaning Ukrainian identity independent of Russians.
It's very similar to a frequently used Nazi symbol, but the Nazis never used that specific one.
The Wolfhangel (with the N flipped, below) is a Nazi symbol adopted by the Aryan Nation.

From a purely political/diplomatic, and US self-interest point of view, we should have been using the Russians against China. The opportunity was there.
Obamas/HRC's "great reset" was viewed as weakness by Putin. Could have approached it from strength and the idea of propping them up when needed.
At the end of the day Russia greatest fear always lies to the east of the Urals. There lies the danger, presently and historically, for them. We could have used that. It would have brought India along too.
Both Russia and India have reason to fear a strong China and both were seeking a counterbalance. Instead we back Pakistan and Ukraine. In the face of that, they protected themselves the only way they could and made nice, at an incredible cost, with China.

But the Russians interest went against US interests, and has always been more closely aligned to Chinese interests, because they hate the US’s dominance and power over the world right now. This is no secret, so there’s no way we pushed Russia into the Chineses arms. If anything, we propped up a communist country and made them a superpower, that would inevitably strengthen ties with a place like Moscow, and try to overtake us as the global superpower.
