But Democrats said that would make the cap toothless, because it would amount to giving ICE free rein to round up thousands of immigrants without criminal records, on top of unlimited numbers of immigrants with criminal convictions.

I can't believe people can legitimately support this party

they only have a few more days to give the 5.7 billion until the govt is shut until they give it.

They said “negotiate,” not “capitulate.”

Do you honestly think “open the government and we’ll give you your $5.7B guaranteed” was the agreement?

Hard to believe anybody is still arguing the Dems motivation for an open Border. They want votes, pure and simple, in order to implement "fundamental change" to a form of Global Democratic Socialism.

For those in the Lower Class, Socialism is "the opiate of the masses", promising all manner of government goodies. For the Middle Class...they go away, and are melded into the Lower Class, resulting in two Classes. Ruling and Ruled Class.

Talk won't solve this issue. It's a binary choice. The *Border* is a joke. Like Trump said..."they are wasting their time". We all are, if we are not arguing the REAL issue..."fundamental change" (Democratically so)...or not.

So what the frick have they “negotiated”?

Anybody who thinks sanctuary city advocates want anything other than a wide open border is a fool
