Are Trump's related actions limited to the authority granted to him by Congress in the AEA?
If only there were a co-equal branch of government that could check such executive power.

529 downvotes and he still keeps coming back. I’ve never seen someone so thoroughly rejected on this site.
What a fricking loser.
What a fricking loser.

"The underlying premise of these orders, including the most recent one requiring the production of these facts ex parte today at noon, is that the Judicial Branch is superior to the Executive Branch, particularly on non-legal matters involving foreign affairs and national security. The Government disagrees."
The Dims and their copious use of lawfare have implemented a lot of ex parte.

He said that is what the Biden admin did.
Biden openly admitted that his vaccine mandate was likely unconstitutional but by the time it was ruled so it wouldn't matter because the pandemic would be over.

So there was oversight and review of that one.

I don't think they are going to like their new accommodations.

They keep citing "national security" last I saw.

The admin is certainly trying to act without any oversight or review.
Congress is overseeing it. If they have a problem they can legislate.
The review always happens.

Nobody is arguing against normal deportation procedures and due process.
Oh sure, let’s just ask the illegal that snuck in the country illegally to show up for his/her scheduled hearing and back up the court system for years and years. Makes a lot of fricking sense. Or we can use common sense and find anyone that’s here illegally and send them back to their native countries where they belong

When?
With regard to immigration, the Biden administration was not transparent. And they did little things like grant administrative amnesty such that illegals were no longer "illegal". And then the press blathered about the crassness of republican congress people calling these people "illegal".. And in Springfield Ohio, you could no longer call Haitians "illegal". And no explanation was ever given.
