I would wager most attorneys are moonbats.

GFY SFP, you POS self-proclaimed lawyer, of which I believe, because you certainly act the part of the typical lawyer in this fricked up country. Your a huge part of the problem & eventually, you’ll be dealt with!
That is a truly impressive emotional meltdown.
The sort of thing usually reserved for a Lib deprived of his soy latte with 2 squirts of vanilla.
10/10

Well, apparently, they can be labeled terrorists randomly and then denied due process. Other than that, they have DP rights.

In what circumstances would they not have the right of due process.
Every one other than what the Trump admin just did with the thugs from Venezuela

LOL
Judicial restraint is not being practiced. Judiciary is causing this “crisis”, attempting to co-opt Executive powers. Trump administration has no real choice but to thumb their nose.

That is quite a deflective response to Biden not only supporting people getting into the country illegally, but acting as an accomplice to them breaking the law as he is flying them in.
But but “biden’s view on authority was smaller”…..what nonsense

Bondi responds
Based on her foibles in messaging in public, there is no way in Hades Bondi drafted this. She has a competent staff and that matters.

If only there was a co-equal branch that could check such executive power. Which branch gave the president that power again?

Is the President limited to act only within specific authority granted to him by that branch?

If only there was a co-equal branch that could check such executive power. The one that legislates and controls appropriation of government monies. It would also have the ability to restrict the jurisdiction of the judiciary. What would you even call something like that?

That's a ridiculously stupid notion. The fact that his actions under the Alien Enemies Act are not subject to judicial review regarding his proclamation came about through the legitimate use of the authority of the other co-equal branch of government you pretend doesn't exist.

Is there an established/legal process for an organization to be deemed a "terrorist organization?

He had no view of what executive authority was his entire Presidency. Hell, the oatmeal brain probably thinks he's still the President.... Just on one of his many vacations...

that the President can't exceed his statutory authority when invoking an Act?

We can try this again.
Are Trump's related actions limited to the authority granted to him by Congress in the AEA?

Judge not tell you to put away your phone? Or you just realize posting all day sorta precludes the ability to be in court.

Statutory limitations, not legal process. There is a current debate on here about whether the President can exceed those limitations without review/recourse, though.
